The Armor AG BROWN SEAL is a solvent-based acrylic sealer designed to enhance, seal, and protect exposed aggregate concrete surfaces. It will darken the surface and enhance any dull and faded coloring, and protect the surface with a durable high gloss brown-tinted surface film. The Armor AG BROWN SEAL is a fantastic sealer if you are looking to bring out dull and faded exposed aggregate concrete, and enhance them with a brown-tinted high gloss wet look finish.The Armor AG BROWN SEAL is made from high quality, non-recycled, US manufactured resins. It is non-yellowing, breathable, and low VOC. The protective high gloss film will reduce damage and deterioration caused by surface abrasion and water absorption including cracking, spalling, pitting, dusting, and the growth of mold, mildew, and algae.

• When properly applied, the Armor AG BROWN SEAL can provide up to 1-3 years of life on an exterior surface before the need to recoat, and up to 2-7 years of life on an interior surface.

• Coverage: Porous Surfaces: Up to 175 FT2/gallon in one coat.Smooth Surfaces (once properly prepped): Up to 200-225 FT2/gallon in one coat.Coverage will vary depending on porosity, surface condition, application method, and the amount of material applied by the applicator. The above coverage rates are estimates and will vary. Two coats are suggested for even coverage and appearance.
• Application: The Armor AG BROWN SEAL can be applied with a 3/8-1/2” nap roller, or an acetone/solvent resistant HVLP sprayer with Viton seals. For a consistent wet look and high gloss finish, apply two coats spaced 24 hours apart. Product should be applied in the late afternoon/early evening when air and surface temperatures are declining. The Armor AG Brown Seal is designed for use on unsealed exposed aggregate concrete, or exposed aggregate previously sealed with a solvent based sealer. Not for use on any other materials.
• VOC Regulations: This product is 700 VOC and can be shipped to every state except AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, UT, VA. If you live in a restricted state, please consider the Armor AR500 350 VOC or Armor AR500 50 VOC.
