1.  We understand that sometimes customers may need to modify or cancel their orders. We offer the following conditions for order modification/cancellation:

• Customers have the right to modify/cancel their orders within 30-minute  of successfully placing the order.
• After 30-minute , any request to cancel or change the order will not be accepted as the order will have been locked for processing and sent to the carrier.

2. How to modify/cancel an order? Follow these steps:

• Prepare the required information, including the order email, order number (provided by Angelidecor in the order confirmation email), and specific requirements for modifying or cancelling the order.
• Send the request with the above information to [email protected], with the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].

3. Refunds for cancelled or modified orders:

• We will process and respond as soon as possible, with a maximum turnaround time of 2 business days from receiving your email.
• The refund process typically takes 5-10 business days. However, it’s important to note that some banks may take longer to process the refund.
